About Wedding

What if I change the wedding gifts delivery date?

Yes! You can change to deliver within 1 year from the original delivery date. Order will be treated as cancelled voluntarily if there is less than 10 working days' prior notice.

 

How many times I can revise the design?

For backdrop and decoration packages, you can have 2 times revision for the design. Please note surcharge applies for any graphic design.

 

What's the standard size of backdrop and decoration covered in packages?

Backdrop: Size < 8' x 16' with backboard provided by venue

Reception table: Size < 8.5' x 2.5' with table provided by venue

Cake table: Round shape diameter < 2.5' or square shape with table provided by venue

 

Do you conduct a site visit?

For thematic packages, we do conduct a site visit. For other packages, it's available if electrical and mechanical services apply.

 

How long is installation and dismantling?

Installation: Approximately 2 - 3 hours

Dismantling: Approximately 30 minutes - 1 hour

 

Can I get the decorative items from CANDY JUNGLE after the wedding?

You can get the name board and welcome board as gifts. For other decorative items, please contact us for price.

 

Do you have surcharge?

Yes! We do have remote, outdoor area, special days, early, night time installation and dismantling surcharge. For details, please WhatsApp CANDY JUNGLE at +852 6465 5172 or send us an email to contact@candy-jungle.com

 

What if I change the date of backdrop installation and decoration? (In general case)

  • Less than 3 months’ prior notice: Administrative and rebooking fee of HK$1,000
  • Less than 1 month’s prior notice: Cost of reprinted items + Administrative and rebooking fee of HK$2,000
  • Less than 10 working days' prior notice: Order will be treated as cancelled voluntarily

Rescheduled date is subject to availability and mutual agreement.

What if I change the date of backdrop installation and decoration after The Hong Kong government officially ordered the closure / ban** of wedding venue due to COVID-19? (**Limitation of seating capacities not inclusive)

  • Less than 3 months’ prior notice: No administrative and rebooking fee
  • Less than 1 month’s prior notice: Cost of reprinted items ; No administrative and rebooking fee x 1 time

Rescheduled date is subject to availability and mutual agreement.

What is the adverse weather arrangement?

When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is going to be hoisted on the event day, our services will be suspended. 30% surcharge of the whole order amount applies if clients want the backdrop installation and decoration to be continued on the event day under adverse weather.

The date of backdrop installation and decoration can be postponed when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is going to be hoisted on the event dayCost of reprinted items will be applied. 

The rescheduled date shall be within 3 months from the original date, and it is subject to availability and mutual agreement.

 

About Order

When does CANDY JUNGLE process my order?

CANDY JUNGLE will courier your candy box within 1-2 business days after you place your order, or you can simply choose the expected date we drop off the candy box at courier. The expected date can be selected for up to 365 days in the future.

 

Will I be notified when my CANDY JUNGLE order is processed?

Yes, you will be notified by email or SMS when the order is processed.

 

About Delivery

To which countries does CANDY JUNGLE deliver?

CANDY JUNGLE is currently available for delivery worldwide. (*A delivery fee may apply)

 

What if I don’t get my CANDY JUNGLE product?

You may also reach out to courier company directly referencing your tracking number. Tracking number can be found in the CANDY JUNGLE online portal, as well as in the shipping notification email you should receive when your order is processed.
